- I am in the process of deciding on a thesis for my next business venture; one area of interest is education, training and certification of ‘skilled trades’ labor - I’d like you give me an overview of the landscape for this in the US, including both incumbents and new entrants - what are the top 10 most in demand skilled trades / certifications, and why, where are there gaps in the current market and what could be a strategy if we were to roll up a certain segment of these trade schools / certification programs. I want you to find at least 10, but also include ‘nail technicians’ in the list - let me know if there are any other clarifying questions I can answer before you start:

- I am in the process of deciding on a thesis for my next business venture, which involves acquiring small businesses, then optimizing their operations, growing their top and bottom line, and holding for the long term while enjoying the free cash flow. My personal goal is to achieve at least $10M in net worth from said business by 2031. My primary challenge right now is determining the best industry or niche to acquire.
